This Othership app is helping my 8-year-old son to control his breathing and to calm himself. I see him using the breath work to calm himself when his temper is rising. He is becoming aware of his ability to control his emotions with breathing at such an early age! I love this app for him, as well as all it has done for me! Our favorite voice is Harry! He's easy to drift off to....

The breath work and meditation in this app have been transformative for me. There are SO many sessions to choose from, and I feel it's time well-spent. I love that there are many time domains to choose from as well, so whether you have 5 minutes or 60 minutes (or anything in between), there's something for everyone, no matter where you are in this journey of life.

I'm reaching the end of the free trial. I absolutely loved the app. You've sent an email offering a sale for $69.99, yet when trying to claim the offer I keep being pushed to paying the full price. It's so freaking annoying and feels like a total cheat, and by principle I would NEVER pay more than what you're claiming to offer. I don't know if its by design or by poor coding. Either way I'll find another app if this is how it's going to be. Get your stuff together!

Should allow 1 minute free listen of each breath exersize and hear the breath person leader before you have to pay to play. Too few free choices to judge. So many free places to compete for my hard-earned dollar.

Pretty sad I got sent a card with this as one of the gifts, and I have to pay to use it... I'm good. After looking it over, there's nothing for me on it anyway. I have depression, and not a single thing on their helps as much as just going to YouTube and playing 8 hours of healing frequency or binaural healing. At least with 111 Hz, I feel better, and everything else follows.
