The online help was essential in getting my oticon right hearing aid back to normal.

I invested thousands of dollars in the best hearing aids Oticon has to offer. This app does them a serious injustice. The app unpairs with one hearing aid randomly, not always the same aid. I have to force stop the app daily to get the app to recognize the aid and pair again. I have even had to do a hard reboot with my phone to get the app to restart and re-pair Samsung Galaxy S10+ technology seems to be too old. The S20+ pairs 95% with occasional, random drops of one aid. No more forced stops!

Compared to the previous app this is not worth having, it drains almost a full charge of phone battery every day (it's a brand-new phone) but most annoying is it cannot change volume on app even though hearing aids bleep as if it has. Oticon please get your act together you have no idea how frustrating your app is. update, having used the app for a couple of weeks now I have found battery % stays at 100% for about a week then drops to zero in about 5 seconds. What an absolute joke this is!!

What is the point of it?? What is this app supposed to do? I had a message to say that I needed to update my old Oticon app to this one, but having assured me it is now paired with my hearing aids, it's just showing a blank white screen. So I can't use it to see how much power there is in the batteries, neither can I adjust the volume, both of which were the only benefits of the old app. Such a waste of time
