Otokai is a music app that lets you share your well-being with loved ones through musical creations.

By expanding your imagination from images and videos and combining them with music that matches their mood, you can create your own unique “work.” Even without musical knowledge or composition experience, AI supports your creative process, making it easy for anyone to enjoy creating.

You can post your own creations to the community and view works made by other members, creating new ways to communicate through music.

When you post a creation, a notification is sent to the family members or loved ones you have registered. Without needing to call or send a message directly, you can naturally let them know that you are doing well through your daily creative activities.

For example, when a parent living apart posts a creation on Otokai, their child receives a notification and feels reassured, knowing, “They’re enjoying themselves today.

With Otokai, enjoying the process of creating becomes a meaningful way to stay connected with the people who matter to you.

Otokai is a research-based music app designed to be enjoyed continuously. Regular use is expected to support the maintenance of cognitive function.

In the first pilot study, continuous participation showed improvement in frontal lobe function among older adults.
