★★☆☆☆ OTP start business banking app randomly stops working every few months. Have to reinstall and spend hours on the phone to solve. Probably happens 3 times per year. It's a complete waste of my time on hold waiting. Sort the app out, so it doesn't constantly crash and delete your login and passwords. People have businesses to run.

★★☆☆☆ I don't understand why they deducted me a "charge message" worth of 2 thousand for int...?🤔 although I have a 1,490 ft and 225 ft for the monthly deduction and it's okay because it's a contract, but the "charge message is disgusting for me.
