Comments on OTR Diagnostics for Android

Very useful tool. Has helped me many times to avoid tow fees when my truck (Freightliner m2 106) has gone in derate mode. App would be better if more applications where included, like reseting or governing speed. Its worth every penny you pay!!

If you have any doubts about this product. I'm here to say it is worth every cent!!!! I don't leave many reviews unless I feel the product is worth it. I'm working on 2+ years with OTR, and it has saved me more than I paid for it!!! The staff is so very helpful. If you have any issues they are more than happy to help you out!!

LATEST NEWEST UPDATE IS TRASH!!!.. Everything was working wonderfully till this new update hit. I should have never updated. This is very inconvenient not being able to see to accurate readings using Live. Cant see my soot level at all. It's an old saying... If it's not broke don't try to fix it...now I will be very skeptical about updating in the future.

After the new dashboard, it will connect to the paccar mx, but there is no vehicle data (VIN, make, model, engine, etc.) It also won't Regen, won't reset codes. It will only read Live Data. I have cleared app data, uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. No change. The app is only reading Live Data, and it's not recognizing the vehicle data, the fields are blank.

The scan tool won't connect after the new update

★☆☆☆☆ Jim Walsh · Sep 7, 2022

Not worth the money. If you purchase the otr tool make sure you get the one without the subscription. The one with the sub is kinda pointless if you have gauges in your truck. I bought it thinking that even when my sub ended it would still do what the one without a sub would, but unfortunately it does less. My advice would be to buy the reset tool without a sub and just get a scan tool to read codes, and you would be good to go.
