I bought an Otto cast Mini TUBE (2026). I tried to update its firmware via browser (while connected to it in the car with android auto showing) but the 192.168.1.101 doesn't open, and I check my LTE connection (is working fine with Verizon). So, can you please add support to "Otto cast mini TUBE" in this App (Otto Pilot), thanks in advance.

This application is well detailed about Otto cast company products and support services and sales items. I saw most of their products in the application, and the support part of the application is also well written. I noticed that some of the company new 2023 device are not included on the application, and they are not available in Amazon USA. It will be great if outcast PICASSO 2 pro and the remote control are made available on Amazon USA for customers in the United States of America.

It's OK, drops off after a few seconds every time I start to drive, says easy update, a bit of a joke, should have stuck with Wireless

The app is useless. Tried to reset password for my device, no luck. App does not have my device listed in my account. Useless.

Can't register, can't add device to firmware update. 3 Xiaomi phones. On a Samsung Phone registration was successful (tap to send code is working) But OttoscreenMax is not in the app, so no possibility to manage or upgrade firmware of unusable OttoscreenMax ....

Scam product, tried to update outcast mini 3.0. You cannot have a simultaneous connection to Wi-Fi and LTE, so you will never be able to update the device, also tried using a USB to Ethernet cable connected to phone, and it doesn't allow the connection. The android auto lags and drops all the time and requires you to unplug and plug back in. requested a refund, and they keep asking for "videos" of it not working and all these tier 1 troubleshooting steps. Waste of $50, stick with AA wireless.
