This application is well detailed about Otto cast company products and support services and sales items. I saw most of their products in the application, and the support part of the application is also well written. I noticed that some of the company new 2023 device are not included on the application, and they are not available in Amazon USA. It will be great if outcast PICASSO 2 pro and the remote control are made available on Amazon USA for customers in the United States of America.

Application requires you to register. They email you a registration code and then give you 60 seconds to respond. Unfortunately, the registration code always arrives after 60 seconds, so it's impossible to register.

Scam product, tried to update outcast mini 3.0. You cannot have a simultaneous connection to Wi-Fi and LTE, so you will never be able to update the device, also tried using a USB to Ethernet cable connected to phone, and it doesn't allow the connection. The android auto lags and drops all the time and requires you to unplug and plug back in. requested a refund, and they keep asking for "videos" of it not working and all these tier 1 troubleshooting steps. Waste of $50, stick with AA wireless.
