App is good. But they removed aha, etv plus from my subscription all other subscriptions we already have so not sure if it's reliable

Worst subscription experience. I bought the 1-year South India Pack, but OTT platforms were removed one by one after a few months. Customer support simply replied, "Outplay reserves the right to add or remove OTT services from its offerings from time to time." This is unfair after taking customers' money. Feels misleading and looting our hard-earned money. It is very big scam. Not recommended to anyone.

Hi, Please be aware before subscribing OTT play, I subscribed OTT for one year considering only they have eTV Win and Aha part of their OTT bundle, after 5 months, I don't see these two are supported. When I called customer care saying management took decision to remove those from the plan. This is purely cheating customers.
