This new version doesn't show my sleep or readiness scores any more unless I go directly to the screens. The first page doesn't show those scores even though my scores were 90 and 89 today. Can this get repaired?

I had previously reported issues with recorded workout heart rate, and now it does not capture heart rate data during a workout at all. This is one of the key features for me. Oura may be losing me as a customer if this can't be fixed.

Since a month now I cannot sync my ring without previously placing it on charger and an app overview of Vitals is only available for today and yesterday. For the rest of the days there is just a black screen.

Not sure what's happened with Oura. Had to return my Gen 4: 2 chargers and the ring, all dead. Went back to my Gen 3 and all was fine, but now the app won't collect the data. I can check my HR only if I select that. It's not monitoring at all. Not sure if the 28 emails back and forth are affecting this or the fact that I ordered another Gen 3 and canceled it because this one stopped working too. Do BETTER. I've been a customer for YEARS and this is just wrong every which way.
