Love the Dragon Touch frame - great way to see many memories. As for the app: it works as expected. Managing different frames is also easy. However, I wish it could do 3 additional things: 1) wish we didn't have to upload videos and photos separately. 2) be able to edit (crop, rotate) before uploading 3) it would be nice to be able to see what is on the frames via the app, and be able to manage (delete) photos from the app. Thank you!

Outside of being just completely poorly made and hard to use, the "forgot your password" page is completely useless now. The box for entering my email address to send the verification code to doesn't allow the use of the period symbol.....how can you enter an email without it? So now I'm locked out for good I guess? I'm not aware of any customer support, but I'd love to figure this out and upload pictures to the frame!

The app is not allowing me to add my device. Like other reviewers have said it keeps saying the device has already been activated. So I am not able to upload any of my photos to my digital photo frame.
