I wish there was a word for how amazing this app is. you have to wait a few days for your song, but it is 110% worth anything this app asks of you. I pitched two songs, one with lyrics and the other with idea. Both were phenomenal. And I want the app to know that you guys broke through a wall that I have been trying to do for a very long time, with my disabled nephew. With all my heart, thank you. We love these songs so much I feel like I should leave a huge tip! 😊 seriously, thank you.

So I got a free trial had it for 4 days My song that I wrote 4 days ago is still stuck on 50%, and you want me to pay nah the service. Sucks I was just testing it you can go ahead and unsubscribe

Our Song charged me completely without authorization after I canceled my subscription. I filed a ticket with GCash, and they explicitly advised me to contact the merchant directly to get a refund since they already unlinked my account. However, despite reaching out to Our Song with all the transaction details, their team has taken absolutely no action to resolve this or refund my money. Total radio silence and terrible customer support. Avoid this app!
