It works great. For those who it doesn't let log in, might want to try logging in on a desktop. It might be time to change your password for security. Then you can log in again once you update it. Love having the mobile deposit and easily transfer money.

I love it that you made the numbers larger (for the account balances!)! I also like that you're on top of any unusual charges that show up on accounts..... scammers are alive and well 🤨🤨! Also, it's really cool that you can print new debit cards in house - that's real helpful, especially when a person has more than a couple of automatic payments!

I don't want to use my fingerprint to log in. Stop automatically checking the box. Why do I have to answer security questions all the time? Why do I have to re-enter my phone number all the time? I really like OCB as a physical bank, but this app is trash.

Completely unreliable ap. So disappointing. We closed our BofA acct and moved our money to this acct that we've had for years but the online platform and ap are so subpar compared to BofA and it's annoying. I don't want to support the big bank and would much rather support local banks but come on get on board with the technology or something because right now I wish I still had BofA just simply for the easy of use.
