Re: 'Journey' entries - 1. If you don't upload your update before you close the app, or it times out, it's all lost, even if you "Saved" it. Incredibly frustrating after you've just spent half an hour of what little free time you have to do an entry to then re-do it. 2. If you have uploaded an entry and choose to Edit it and re-upload, it will not upload additional photos but indicates a "100% update" when you click to re-upload. 3. Will not upload an entry unless phone ia connected to Wi-Fi.

Really lovely app, easy to use as a parent. Payments, chat, media all work seamlessly. Only feedback I have is it would be nice to be able to request all media in the diary to download, rather than individually having to download all media one-by-one.

The novelty wears off quickly as it's actually a very basic app. I'm not that interested to learn the nappy was wet every day. The photos are low quality and could be shared through Dropbox etc. instead along with a note summarizing the day without the faff of having to browse the diary. The 'support' are non-existent while the developer is selling this half-baked app to nurseries who think they are seen as modern by offering it. I'd rather they spent the money on other things than this junk.

Stopped working recently, can't see updates. Nothing to do with my son's fabulous nursery but the app. Can you fix the bugs please?

Very poor experience, app crashes when typing a message (usually after 3rd line of text or so). The app doesn't refresh when a notification come, one has to kill it and restart to see incoming messages or a diary update. All in all very annoying.
