This app is great, would definitely recommend! I can see myself becoming more confident in suitations I fear. It was really helpful to have the educational sessions and audios to practice before going into the exposures, which you can do at your own pace in graduated steps. Looking forward to continuing

I'm hoping that this will help me overcome my fear of people getting sick, arachnophobia, and surgery seans🤞 I have very bad fighter flight and anxiety from these fears since they're all around u😣 (my stars are based on expiration 😅) (unfortunately u do not have the fears listed I need help with 😔)

I was honestly hopeful going into this. From the start the app never allowed me to select my phobia after numerous reinstallation. I guess it's a good thing I never purchased the headset if the app works this poorly. Certainly saved me money in the lomg run. Very disappointed in this.
