The owlet sock and the camera has been instrumental for the sleep routines of my infant son. - We were able to check my son's heart rate as we put him to sleep. It helped us to know that we didn't prematurely put him down. - Babies make lots of sounds throughout the night. We just check his heart rate to make sure that it is in the sleep range and usually don't worry about it. - The oxygen saturation warning keeps us at peace knowing that the proper precautions are in place during the night.

The Owlet sock itself is great. The "sleep predictor" feature of the app is buggy and unreliable. To use it I have to open and reload the app multiple times. Sometimes all the sleep sessions disappear. Sometimes there's a logged sleep session at 9:30 and then the home page says "sleep window started at 9:30" as if no sleep session was logged. Surprised to see an app this buggy in 2024 especially considering how much tech must have gone into the sock development. A real disappointment.

It is hard to imagine a worse experience than using the Owlet app, camera, and sock. I own both the Owlet and the Nanit, and the entire experience is night and day. Owlet simply does not work over 50% of the time, and even when it does work it is far clunkier and less feature rich than the Nanit.

Still have to manually force stop and clear the cache every time to see camera or info.... 20 foot range before the sock starts beeping saying "lost connection". App takes about 30 seconds to load and a few minutes to even interact with deactivating the base station. App wll not load even with Internet connection.

Love the sock, but save your money on the camera. It constantly freezes or disconnects. I wish I would've never bought it and just bought a different baby monitor. The sock is fantastic though, and I enjoy the app allowing picture in picture viewing
