I want to pay the renewal of my membership through BDO, but only Sandbank, Union Bank & other e wallets are available. I hope there is another option for OFW. Moreover, I want to edit my personal information and update my passport and other details. There is no icon where I could click to update. It would be better if this app would be upgraded, too.

My membership has expired, keeps asking for my passport and contract they said it's not valid.??what????what do you mean not valid, . afterward I paid, and they accepted it .they accepted the payment, but they won't let me update my passport as their settings on update my info not working or not even opening.hassle.I don't really get why we need to do this as an ofw .and why we need this as a requirement for going on vacation and coming back .only in the Philippines you need so many things.
