There is a reason this has a 30-day trial. If you don't like it, it's as easy as canceling from the app store. Personally I love this app, it's amazing. So many good practices and ways to change your mood in an instant. There's always a way to check in whenever you want when you're feeling down, and excersises to help with those emotions. I've used it the last week and have noticed a significant improvement in my mood. I do recommend they make this free the first 30 days without having to sub

I’m really liking this app, it’s very different from what I expected, and it offers a very different approach to wellness that’s based on movement and sound instead of just meditation and calmness (although there’s some of that as well). Fun to explore and try different practices. The daily check-in is fun and insightful and keeps you coming back to work and explore different emotions. Highly recommend it!

Can't even get into the app! There's a circle for your area code, and then you have to put your phone number in another Spot. Whenever I put my area code in and then type my number into the next area. When the Verification text message is sent is sending it to my phone number with my area code 2 times. Nonsense

On my trial, tried to unsubscribe on 1st day when read it goes to subscription if you don't unsubscribe before 30 days (in contact that noone normally reads). Doesn't give unsubscribe option in app/play store. Emailed link in Play store, they said: Login, Go to settings/account/delete account. Follow instructions on screen to cancel subscription in Google Play Store. Ask for refund directly at Google Play Store. Totally unreasonable & delete account freezes at delete. SCAM! GOING 2 BANK 2 block!
