I use a techno camon 18 plus but every time I select account option in the bottom right corner the app crushes. And my guarantor had omitted upload of her payslip and on retrying App crashes persistently.we are completely stuck amidst contacting helpdesk support.we are still failing to get through. My guarantor is using a Samsung brand. Otherwise the onboarding of kyc was ok for me.but the rest is a pain point. Yet I applied last week by Wednesday.

It's my first time on this app, but they ask for a last payslip which I don't have, makes me wonder if they really offer loan services. To make matters worse, it's now more than the 48 hours they said but still no sign of feedback even after all my guarantors have accepted.

It's the best Mobile app I came across tho. But on filling the payslips plus the Appointment letter even when you take the photo of those documents clearly the app instead after uploading it show blour images of the documents which I don't understand it. Please improve on the app. Still Pending approval 🤔🤔🤔

It's a good app but many conditions I finished my application very well but again that my guarantor also has to finish the same process then it becomes a chain of un finished applications
