4 stars. Great concept, real gap for growing businesses. P4P has genuinely changed how we manage crew performance at Lawnade and the core model works. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is a specific issue that is holding us back from fully recommending it. We use the Homework integration, which syncs crew clock-in and clock-out data into P4P. The problem is that for multi-day projects, P4P does not aggregate the time entries across days. Each day shows up as a separate record with no project t
