Great little app to help with pacing my runs for various different goals, my only issue is I can figure out how to use the remote race option. Otherwise, this is a fantastic training aid what ever your running aims.

This app did what I wanted, but it zapped my watch battery in the process. I checked all the settings for my Garmin and for this app, but it seems there's no way to turn off the "workout in progress" notification that got pushed to my watch every 30 seconds.
