★★☆☆☆ App is missing features from the website (i.e. bank transfer.) The only reason to use an app (deposit using your camera) doesn't work: it refuses to focus, refuses to turn on the flash, turns the flashlight OFF if you turn it on, and just plain refuses to read any part of the check.

★★☆☆☆ Slow and clunky. Belle is hard to use. Still slow and keeps asking for fingerprint login even after I turned that feature off. Fingerprints are unreliable.

★★☆☆☆ Notice said application is incomplete with the server. Please update application. When I click update it brings up app and will go no further. On my app it still says Loading, nothing happens. Very frustrating!!

★★☆☆☆ Constantly forced to sign back in while trying to navigate screens. Also has VERY limited functionality. Navigation within the app is not intuitive. Pressing the back or previous screen returns to sign on. Unable to complete simple tasks without multiple sign on. Wish I'd have seen this before I opened accounts.

★★☆☆☆ With the TINY amount of deposits they allow, and VERY low amount... it's not worth it unless you have one or two checks not amounting to anything. (and ALWAYS EACH CHECK) Has the same notice of blah blah blah pages. Use somebody else !

★★☆☆☆ When I go to log in, I get a login page that does not look like the one I get on my laptop with colors. It is very plain looking. I log in then it asks for my phone number then says that number is in use and I can't proceed. Like it's trying to set me up for mobile banking, but I'm already set up.
