Extremely disappointed with the service. I paid the full amount 4 days ago, but the service has still not been started. Before payment, I received continuous reminder calls. After payment, no proper response or action. The staff keeps giving excuses like “today”, “tomorrow”, or “after half an hour”, but there is no real work done. Management and follow-up system are very poor. If you are busy and cannot call them again and again, I strongly suggest not purchasing from here.
