I have been using PAJ GPS and app for 2 years now. Exceptionally good product! However, with the new updated app, things seem to be going badly. The app is telling me my car is Home when it's very far away, in a different town (I am looking at it) and yes the GPS is inside the car. It showed accurately the journey to my destination and then boom, the app magically transported the location of my car to the HOME area. This is really disconcerting. I would like the old app back.

Was set up in just a few minutes, GPS is very accurate and nice that you can receive notifications for events like movement outside a geo-fence + when the battery of the unit is low. Great device for anti-theft protection!

Been using this for about a year. Works great for my vehicle. Hardware is good too. Geo-fence is a nice feature. Email alerts and app alerts ensures I get a notification.

PAJ Portal v1 forces me to upgrade to v2, however, v2 is not installable on the Google Pixel Tablet, so I cannot use v2 on this device, neither can I use v1 anymore on it as it now just requests me to upgrade to v2, which I cannot do, instead of doing the job it is supposed to do as long as v2 doesn't install on the Pixel Tablet. V1 ran pretty well on the Google Pixel Tablet in the past. I do not like to have functionality taken away from me by a major version update. Fix this, I am paying.

I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE, PLEASE!!! It doesn't work well. With a full battery charge it works for several days and then nothing. I was looking for how to stop or cancel the subscription and there is no way! In the FAQ it says it's easy, go to My account, then to Subscription and there you can do it. But nothing like that! It only gives you the option to change the subscription period. Could someone help me, tell me where I can cancel or stop the subscription, please?
