A lot of times when I try to open the app, it asks for my quick PIN and I enter it then it enters the home screen but quickly exits to the App Info(I'm on an android phone). Then I return/back to the previous screen (supposedly home screen) but now it asks me again to enter my PIN and then the whole process loops to the App Info and the PIN window. I have to restart my phone to even have a chance of using the app. The app is nice WHEN it works.

I was trying to have my account verified, they asked for my email to continue (but says it is optional LOL) but when I input my email (the email registered to my Palawan Pay account and the only email I actually have and use) the prompt is "Sorry but this email is already in use" and then they ask me to check my 'details'. I went to their CS page and the 3 agents who I had a chat with can not even comprehend or grasp the issue. Stay with GCash, Maya and PayPal. This is a waste of time!
