Before when PalawanPay was still new, PalawanPay employees encouraged you to install the app so that you can claim your money easily and faster, but now, you'll have to wait 1 hour or even more to get your money. The approval is taking forever, worst customer service, you let people wait that long when they can just get it quicker from your competitors. Incompetent people, if I could rate this from zero to negative 5, I would. Very disappointing!

A lot of times when I try to open the app, it asks for my quick PIN and I enter it then it enters the home screen but quickly exits to the App Info(I'm on an android phone). Then I return/back to the previous screen (supposedly home screen) but now it asks me again to enter my PIN and then the whole process loops to the App Info and the PIN window. I have to restart my phone to even have a chance of using the app. The app is nice WHEN it works.

How am I suppose to log in my email when there is no option to use the email. And when I try to link my account to email. it's already in use. No way to unlink it.
