Cash In Fees are reasonably cheap (as low as ₱5/transfer)and has higher threshold of 10K/month for OTC Cash Ins before you get charged a 1% fee. A few things I'd like to suggest is to have a FREE InstaCal TRANSFER for maybe 30-60 transfers in a month before a fee gets charged for every transfer (just like Mari Bank's FREE 50 InstaCal/PESONET TRANSFER IN A MONTH). Overall this app is a 10 out of 10 would recommend. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Processed renewal via app in advance renewal last june 22, 2026, di nag go through nag punta nang branch ni refer na tumawag sa hotline sabi 2-3 business days' assurance di my penalty sabi, nag hintay ako nang 3 business days nag follow up ako sabi hintay pa daw till midnight assurance uli na di my penalty tumawag ako uli sa 28 again kunti hintay daw kasi check email, assurance again na di my penalty, july 1 na binalik yung pining bayad ko nag ka penalty agad ako nang 9 days... unreliable App

The Palawanpay app should be available 24/7, not when there is maintenance that it cannot be used. Your service is terrible.
