I am extremely disappointed with Palmonas. I received a product with faded color (poor quality), but when I returned it, they only gave me a 50% partial refund because it was a "Buy 1, Get 1" order. It is a total breach of trust to penalize a customer for your own quality defects. Their support team and Nodal Officer have ignored my emails. Do not trust the premium branding—if you get a defective item, you will lose your money.
