By far, my favorite thing about the Paloma app is that you can have it give you reminders to take your meds and track your symptoms. Love it!

Love the look of the app, and it's wonderful that it links you to articles, recipes, etc. I have to agree with an other reviewer that the locking of the earlier weeks based on time is frustrating. I've been debating and researching the AIP diet for some time, and I downloaded the app to help me pull the trigger. I'm locked on week 1 even though I have received emails saying Week 3 would be unlocked (guessing I didn't read week 1 fast enough?). I've been cleaning out my fridge for 1.5 weeks now.

The app is well-designed, but all the animations and scroll screens get very tedious every day (though very pretty). I like that it's very hand holding for beginners, but I wish to skip forward. I already have the knowledge; I've been researching this diet long before I heard of the app. I'm on week 4 of elimination in real life, but the app still has me pre-elimination because it's locked by time. I've recommended it to the clueless because it's nice, but am frustrated by its locks & limits.
★★☆☆☆
The app randomly crashes pretty frequently. There are certain features that don't work right, for example when entering a new lab test, it doesn't let me change the date that the test was done. When I can get the app to work right, it seems like a really great tool, but unfortunately it's difficult to use.

I installed the app. As I was checking things out I discovered that part of their system is a religion with which I do not want to participate. I think it's too bad that people have to poison everything with yoga and other linguistic religious rituals and rites. I do not want to unite myself with the over soul thank you very much. And yes that is what practicing yoga does because that is literally what the thousands of years old Sanskrit word yoga means, to unite oneself to an evil spirit
★★☆☆☆
You need a way to re-do tracking of symptoms. The app navigation caused me to skip ahead (the slider graphic is confusing). So, I wasn't able to track allergies and stress which are my main symptoms. Have clicked all over and there is no way to edit responses. First day I have used it and am I uninstalling because of this lack of a feature I also hate apps that force you to have an account to use. However, I made one because I really need an app to track symptoms and beginning the AIP diet.
