Pancheros makes my favorite burrito. The app is only partially good. When creating a new order, it's fine. However, when trying to reorder from the list of recent orders, it fails every time-saying the ingredients are not available. Even when they are! Note- it is MUCH easier to reorder on the fly for a whole family than to get everyone to stop what they are doing to pass the phone around to order.

Not all of us feel the need to buy a new phone every year (or even every 5 years.) It's total nonsense that the app suddenly stopped working while checking out because it's no longer compatible with my Note 9 from 2018. No warning or anything and no option on the website to add my points, like BWW has. It was a great app while it lasted, but I have little reason to go to Pancheros anymore if I'm not able to build points now. I might be more understanding if this was a 15-20 year old phone.

Everything was cold, and it😤 was put together, terrible. All our food was basically in the wrapper, not in a wrap, and definitely don't want to go there again. Burritos 🌯 for 40
