My first money transfer on this app was a pretty bad experience. I was in a hurry to send money to my family overseas and decided to use Panda Remit. But maybe the first transfer amount was too high, so it asked for proof of address, which just added to everything. It took about 2–3 days for the money to arrive in my destination wallet. But for the second try, which was today, the money transferred almost instantly (less than 10 seconds), which makes me trust their service for next time.

Last time used to be preferred ways, recently slow customer service. And funny instructions given to use. Ask to upload documents but when I click in jump to tutorial, after that nothing. No upload function. On weekdays, contact customer service, wait for an hour. Reply and closed the chat in 10 minutes time. After that no matter how no reply from customer service. My money was deducted from bank hold in Panda Remittance for more than 5 hours. Dint not receive the transfer at the reception end.

I made a money transfer transaction on 1 May 2026 and the customer service agent told me that I will be receiving the money on 4 May 2026. But so far I still receive my money. The human service agent keeps showing busy and requires me to send out my inquiry via message then they will respond to me in 2 business days. This is my worst experience so far in panda remit!!!!
