My first money transfer on this app was a pretty bad experience. I was in a hurry to send money to my family overseas and decided to use Panda Remit. But maybe the first transfer amount was too high, so it asked for proof of address, which just added to everything. It took about 2–3 days for the money to arrive in my destination wallet. But for the second try, which was today, the money transferred almost instantly (less than 10 seconds), which makes me trust their service for next time.

Please do not use Panda Remit. On 3 occasions money not refunded and poor customer service experience. Avoid this remittance app at all cost.

Warning! Hazardous to your Money. I sent money, and it was withdrawn from my bank. Then app complained that my Account Verification failed, and I needed to resubmit documents. The provided links, one led to a 404 error page, the other said link button expired. App said contact Human Customer Service which brings you back to the poorly trained AI robot, never a human. Keeps you going in circles with no resolution. Unable to resolve. FIX IT, PANDA.
