Pando offers secure instant messaging, including photo capturing and exporting directly to your approved email. You are able to manage patient cards and your own tasks to make your workflow easier.
Connect with anyone in your organisation and get access to the information you need immediately - without having to go through a lengthy process.
We want to make sure that you are able to switch off at the end of the shift. This is why Pando offers you the option to mark yourself unavailable, making sure that you are not disturbed.
Pando is PIN protected which means that there is a barrier between your personal and work data, making it safe to use on your personal device. All data is stored in the cloud on our ISO-certified servers.
It is Cyber Essentials certified and complies with all the relevant security standards under the Data Security and Protection (DSP) Toolkit and GDPR. Making sure that the data is kept safe is our priority, so you can do your best work possible without worrying.

Very slick user interface. Only thing I would suggest to add would be support for health and social care staff. Our chief officer tried to create an account, but it would not accept her email address. Similarly, wasn't clear if you could enter your council area as employer.... Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership. Are you able remedy this?

The 2 times I managed to get the app to launch it was a mess trying to sort a group out and get people added. Absolute mess of an app.

App now keeps crashing every time I try to use it. Worked fine until this. Deleting the app and reinstalling it hasn't fixed the problem

I logged in with my NHS account only to find out Biomedical Scientist wasn't an option in the role drop. Well that rules out a significant proportion of colleagues working in pathology. I didn't go any further and deleted the app.
