★★★★★ Cool, app a bit slow. For longer rental packages are bad compared to traditional rental, and for renting in the city only the per km plan makes sense. Cars are quite often in a mess, and availability of small cars is low and lack of vans (like more Yaris/Fiat500 and maybe a bunch Fiat Firings or similar would be good in the fleet). Overall useful service, even if there is room for improvement.

★★★★★ It works now. I made an account and made a few rides. One star less for not being able to save my ride settings. I want to take the subscription always and always have the "kilometers" pricing. Now I have to set it before every ride

★★★★★ Brilliant app. Story: My family and l returned to Poland from a trip to Portugal. We tried to buy last minute tickets back to Poznan from Warsaw around 15:30:big mistake. Tickets were impossible to buy on a Friday afternoon and my Father-in-law was furious he hadn't bought sooner. I took it upon myself to open Panek and luckily found a car just outside and drove to poznan, there were 6 of us and the trip ended up cheaper than 6 train tickets to Poznan. I'm now a Hero in my Father-in-law's eyes!

★★☆☆☆ ❌❌ THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY ❌❌ DO NOT INSTALL!! I have never used the service. I created an account and tried to rent a car. The car didn't turn on, so I tried to cancel the booking. The car then disappeared from the map and from my account history, so there was no booking. But throughout 3 entire days PANEK kept charging small amounts to my card until my bank account is EMPTY. And every money I got they would continue charging. I needed to file a claim with the bank to stop them. SEALERS SCAM!!!

★★☆☆☆ Looks like a phishing app, collects your driver's license and credit card details and then informs you need to own and apartment in Poland to finish the account verification.

★★☆☆☆ App is working slow, lagging. You can unlock a car, and it will disappear from the map, but you won't be able to start it for 5 minutes because it got stuck. Invoices are a joke, instead of charging once after ending rent - you get spammed with charges and invoices for 3 zł...

★★☆☆☆ I didn't know why this app have such low rating- but now I understand. It showes me message "your account will be verified soon in 1 hour"...but i sended my documents 1 month ago! And to contact with support you have to download "messenger" app. Of course, it 1 star, I don't know who create this app. As QA I found it ridiculous. Not recommended
