Embarrassing for a great shop. I was unable to even register, and I'm in a death loop of not being able to log in or register again. Don't they want the customer loyalty program to work?

Using Samsung A51, Android 13. Registering at Panetta Mercado's website appears to be completely separate from registering with the app. This is not made clear in either the app or Panetta Mercado's website. The app does not respond to clicks on the specials tab. App does not list or show accumulated credit points. If I could give the app a negative rating, I would. Minimal effort by the developers. Barely functional.

Terrible app on Android. I love the store and products. Was thrilled when I saw there was finally a loyalty program. Then downloaded the app tonight. Created account. Missing images. Links that do nothing when hit. T&Cs that cannot be accessed. A specials icon that works and links to a blank page. Please, Panetta, have the developers and yourselves ensure a decent app build via testing. Have something to match the great in-store products.
