I enjoy using this business. It's a great place to find books for cheap and in new or excellent condition. If you sell books, you can deposit the money or use it to expand your library by buying books from other sellers which is what I do. If you ever have an issue with buying or selling, the customer service is fantastic, so you always have the comfort of buying or selling without worry. I always recommend them to people I know and other book groups because you cant go wrong using Pango!

Huge flaw when leaving reviews on sellers. I had a very bad experience with a seller, and I had to cancel my order because the seller refused to ship my books. But pangobooks only allows reviews once books are delivered. So we can't give bad reviews on bad sellers. There's no way to warn other buyers. I already spoke with a team member, and they said there's nothing I can do, and I can only submit feedback to developers. Very disappointed I expected more from pango.

Horrible app, you can't zoom into the pictures or open them. Never any traffic either. Don't waste your time. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Also you can't scroll back through messages. I had over 500 books listed. All priced on the low end. Plus you always have to wait until the customer receives the book and then an additional 72 hours to receive your funds. Unlike ebay. Up to you if you want to waste your time like I did. Lastly pangobooks takes 20% whereas ebay takes 13.5%

Hate the update. You can't use your phone's back button, you must use Pango's located on the upper left-hand side, which is inconvenient for right-handed people. If you do click your phone's back button, you get kicked out of the app. If you're searching for a book, click on one to read the description then go back, it takes you back to the top of the list. I don't want to have to scroll through all those books again! Also, it refuses to acknowledge when you rate a seller. Just the worst.
