It is about their services. I have ordered a parcel before xmas 2016 ans still havent arrived. I have been told that the custom (china) rejected my parcel. Why would u helped me to order my staff if u know it will be rejected specially i am paying for this service? They resend it 3 times. I asked them to stop trying but get my the refund and they refused. The worst thing was i cant track the item with the website provided and tracking no ( all 3 times). I started to wondered even they posted my item.
