I've been a member for close to a year and a half. They send you everything you need and clear instructions to set everything up. In no time, you will have it up and running. It runs quietly in the background and causes no issues with your TV. It's not the typical points for gift cards, that you may be used to with other programs, You exchange for actual merchandise with Panorama. And they have extremely nice products! Last year I earned Christmas gifts for my entire family, It helped so much

Works with no issues. Though recently every morning the tablet device keeps to tell me to select who's watching if I watch TV all night, even though im literally still watching TV. plus you'd think I'd get more pc points considering I am on the computer pretty much nonstop, but I get 100 points like every two months.

Easy to use and set up was cool with customer service. Edit: no pay out options. I've unhooked it. Emailed them. To return devices. No longer interested. Still no feedback where to return. Also had a tv suddenly blown back up lights. Not sure if it's by coincidence or these devices. I wouldn't risk it again. 1 tv down.in my place. Smh.
