U can also ctct them through the apps (mine-setting-help and feedback) itself but the reply will be longer.

this device is cool... although most of the app is in Chinese, and English is My native tongue, I can still utilise the Paperang App as it is rather intuitive. This device is rad, it prints 4"x4" paper printouts of any image You can capture. It doesn't use ink though... but rather it utilises a process whereby it prints the image with heat. The app is great! There is even a 'Learn Chinese' option if you want. I want to learn, but the problem is there is no english translation, how can I understand the words if there is no english translation. Please make an english translation :).

Hi, Paperang have been update for the past few week before.. I notice it change the language a bit and the type of operation. Before i only have to open the bluetooth only, now , bluetooth and also GPS for location. No more Qr scan... Can Paperang upgrade to multiple language?. Not many people know to use Mandarin and English. Sometimes they dont understand..thank you.
