Description
The Paradigm Subwoofer Control App uses a Bluetooth connection to simplify setup and configuration of compatible MartinLogan subwoofers.
App based controls include volume level, low-pass filter (frequency and order), phase, deep bass level, three preset listening modes, and control of Anthem Room Correction. A unique tone sweep feature assists users in locating areas in listening rooms where troublesome rattles or resonances may occur. A single press of a button allows listeners to initiate a tone sweep from 20–120Hz. If a rattle or resonance occurs in the room any frequency can be held, allowing the listener to investigate and identify the source of the unwanted noise.

Wonderful control of sub from armchair. Some old recordings need a boost. Integrates well with my bookshelf speakers by Totem Acoustic and this Paradigm Defiance X10. Great App.

Nice to be able to adjust sub volume on the fly with an app. I was hoping Movie, Music and Night were customizable by the user. These are built in. They seem to work ok, but I would have liked being able to set the volume and deep bass level for each of them. A few have had Bluetooth issues. I'm a bit hit-and-miss (Samsung S10). I have to turn my Bluetooth off and back on sometimes. Not the end of the world. App is a nice addition to a new sub. I'm always been a Paradigm guy.

As others have said, this app doesn't work. Before running ARC Genesis on the sub... I could use this app to adjust its volume. But only the volume. If I tried to use any of the other features, the app told me that ARC has not been run yet. I finally got the microphone to be recognized & ran ARC successfully. NOW THE APP DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. I keep getting "An internal Error has Occurred". I checked & my phone has Bluetooth turned ON, and I am paired with my new XR13. S L PRATT at yahoo dot com

The app has not been working for MONTHS. I emailed paradigm, and they said they were aware of the problem and are working on it. The app has been broken since at least early January 2023; every time you try to open it, it gives an error that says "An internal error has occurred". There are no known solutions to this issue until Paradigm fixes it. This months-long wait is unacceptable.
