Installed for multiple people/businesses across multiple locations, multiple networks and firewalls. Never seem to have much of an issue. Reading some of the reviews, I think some users may not be technical enough to do certain things themselves without some guidance (which is to be expected). I did update my Android OS today, which also updated that app, and it did delete all of my devices, which is annoying that I have set that back up. That would be my only real critique so far.

The cameras and app function great. You can live view and review video very easily. I see all the bad reviews, and I don't understand or see those issues. If your installing company did a good job you should have no issues with this app.

Stupid. Whoever designed the app should be fired. Supposed to be for a tablet, yet it's in portrait view. When you rotate tablet it never orientated to the right direction. Unbelievably dumb. Let the invid dvrs wotk with the super live hd app and be done with this nonsense. I will probably switch to another brand dvr for my clients.

App will not load the camera system. It pretty much does nothing at this point.

App is not working days all my cameras are offline. This is for an HOA that needs to be monitored. There is no reason for an app not to work in this technology driven time.
