I'm happy with the app. I've been using it for a year and just bought a second system for an additional property. Called Tech support to see if I can monitor both systems on same app, same account, the guy answered my question and gave me a helpful tip. I'm still running wires and haven't set up second system yet.

Installed for multiple people/businesses across multiple locations, multiple networks and firewalls. Never seem to have much of an issue. Reading some of the reviews, I think some users may not be technical enough to do certain things themselves without some guidance (which is to be expected). I did update my Android OS today, which also updated that app, and it did delete all of my devices, which is annoying that I have set that back up. That would be my only real critique so far.

App will not load the camera system. It pretty much does nothing at this
point.

App is not working days all my cameras are offline. This is for an HOA that needs to be monitored. There is no reason for an app not to work in this technology driven time.

Not reliable: managed device just vanished from app hours later; this is my 2nd Invid product after giving this company one more chance and regrettably this product Sucks I made a mistake thinking this app & Invid remote viewing would be reliable for my Clients I was so wrong, and now I really wish Navico would flood market with their High Quality Products that Work & are 100% Reliable but alas cheap low priced poor quality dvrs are all one can find at independent dealers & even ADI; I am so disappointed in my Security Vendor & Invid
