Absolutely addictive in terms of the manga style storyline and the seductive waifs (and a few husbands). Gameplay is simple and intended for AFK style of play. Just level up your units, their Memory Cards and all your squads to increase your Power. Artwork is sometimes considered to be made with AI, but it's tasteful, although there definitely is a lot of fan service! For me the Story itself is the catch, just stinks to have to wait every month for 3 or so new Episodes/Chapters.

I find the story to be very intriguing and the characters entertaining. I find myself chuckling over the situations the characters are in, and it's a genuine joy. I love the interesting take on the parasite maxim (whatever you want to call it) and I love Smokey so freaking much. As for the actual gameplay… not bad, though I feel lady luck is not on my side. Trying to get better characters but all I get that are SR rank are the buffs. I'm looking forward to what the devs do next

I really want to like this game. The UI is slick, the idea to combine a gacha game with a web comic (fully voiced in ENG!) is super cool, but the gacha system and currency situation is just horrendous. In-game currency used for summons (gems) is awarded largely based on RNG. What's even worse is that they made the awful decision to have separate banners for paid vs. unpaid gems. And setting hard-pity at a massive 500 summons that DOESN'T carry over between banners was certainly a choice.

The Good: The story. The story is fantastic, really well done. It's really the only reason to play the game. The Bad: Everything else. PTW: The pay to win in this game is absurd. It cost $42 to get 10 summonses, and that's just for your first purchase where you get x2 the gems. That is some ridiculous whale cash grabbing. The Fighting: Zero skill or input from user, just matters what your power level is. The Base Building: Just like an idle cash generator. Very unfun.
