I just bought this game, and I'm at the scene where you have to line up the suspects and victims,,,, game has frozen on me!! Very frustrating when you pay for an item, and you can't use all that you paid for,,,,,,please , just give me my money back,,,, someone else had this problem too reading previous reviews now,,,,would like my money back

I usually have no issues whatsoever with these games but this one has had several issues. The last one being that I only have a black screen even after uninstalling then reinstalling. I haven't finished the game and would either like to be able to play or get a refund.

Bonus game went to "black" screen in scene where you have to manipulate the eyepiece. Great game except for that!
