Very reliable and the intities in my house like this more than my evp box. It has always been reliable for me. Very clear communication, and always accurate. I have no complaints. I've been using this on and off for over two years now. I have seen some comments giving one star saying it is a "scam" because of the radio. Please do your research on spirit boxes.... That happens for a reason. I would go in depth but I am running out of letters. Do research on spirit boxes please.
