Radio stations are all I picked up. Tried it a second time, waited as instructed, still only heard radio stations. If I wanted to hear what sounds like someone constantly flipping through radio stations I would stay with my sister who can never stay on one station.

Fake app. It does not use FM chip to sweep FM frequencies to detect paranormal voices. It uses online radio to pretend it's scanning. So WiFi is required.
