Yes, thank you very much partial pending for all the hard work you have done to create this site and the security you have gone through to make sure our packages are safe and delivered accordingly, thank you. Today is August 6th 2024 Susan Miller On parcel pending if the Wi-Fi is out you will not get your Notification, but she helped me out with it

★★☆☆☆ The app often crashes, so you aren't notified about new packages. Also, delivery people don't use parcel pending most of the time, so it's really not worth paying for, since the delivery drivers don't use it 90% of the time.

★★☆☆☆ App keeps having issues. Did not receive any package notifications for more than 2 months. The system got updated, and then I received all notifications for past packages on 5/29. 6/14 I got a package and did not receive an email. Turns out my personal information is not in the app anymore, so there was no way for me to receive communication about my package being delivered days ahead. When I try to update my info, I keep getting an error message. Hopefully, it stops after the update today 6/18.

★★☆☆☆ I had to make an account for my apartment, but the app literally doesn't work. I click the app icon, and it pulls up a white screen.

★★☆☆☆ They've been sending me notifications for the apartment I haven't lived in over 2 years. Property manager tells me to contact them. I can't find an easy way to remove my email address from their system.
