First let me start with complain I parcelled on Friday evening & the parcel is dispatched the next day Saturday why ? Then it's ready for collection on Monday surely for my first time customer he's already disappointed & am not even sure if he'll go for the package since it was COD and you guys didn't respond on my message about that complain neither to calls on your both numbers. Lastly the app keeps hanging, and I have to start inputting details almost 5 times to finish the process 😢
