To be honest, this app allows you to track a package from a large amount of carriers without having to know exactly what carrier the tracking number belongs to. For example, you are given a tracking number but not told who is the carrier, you just pop the number into this app and bam tracks and also automatically keeps tracking after the package is transferred to a different carrier (tracking number in China then changes to a tracking number in your country)

The best app ever in tracking parcels. No app can match this app. I have been using this app for the past 6 years, and it has never failed to provide an update as long as the shipping company has provided an update on the status of the parcel. I compared it with 50 other tracking apps, but it emerged as a winner. Every time I saw an update on it, I would refresh these other apps to see if they could have the same update, but unfortunately, they could not even be near to that update.

2025 second Xmas tracking multiple AliExpress parcels China to UK, happy to support/reward them by subscribing for a couple of months each time. Overall very impressed, successfully tracked multiple parcels across globe and notifications when clear customs. Would like to know which country parcel is in when it makes multiple stops along the way - but maybe this doesn't come through from the source carrier data. Have been getting UK domestic DHL notifications quicker than DHL's own app!

Most package status information updates are hours behind carrier sites such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL. I pay the annual fee for the app but for any critical packages I use carrier apps or websites. The app seems to have problems dealing with downstream ipv4/ipv6 addressing issues. It fetches information quickly, but not necessarily up to date, on the AT&T network but gets bogged down on T-Mobile that is known to have ipv6 consistency issues.

Auto-select is broken. My tracking number is shared by multiple couriers, and the app keeps matching it to the wrong one and marking it as “Delivered.” Even after I manually switch the courier, the status doesn’t refresh and stays stuck on the old result. This defeats the whole point of tracking. I’m seeing many other reviews reporting the same bug, so it’s clearly widespread. Please fix the refresh/auto-detect logic and let manual selection override cached data.
