I don't know why there are so many negative reviews; the app works great even on the free tier. I paid for another app before, but it stopped working. Tracking systems are based on carrier websites, which change all the time and require the developer to update the code, but it always works here. Also, you only need to enter the tracking number, and it will find the carrier. After I paid, notifications didn't work, but that was Samsung's fault for blocking them; now it works perfectly.

The app doesn't have all the functionality that the website has. e.g. you can't see "next tracking number". But manages to track Australia Post, unlike 17track.

UPDATE 9/15/26 The tracking has stopped working, constantly says no information on package when USPS has clear tracking history. I've been using this app for several years. Will be cancelling my subscription. Track ALL of my packages in one app! I can see when a package has been misdelivered or when a package is stuck. Adding tracking numbers is as simple as copy and paste, and I can make my own label, so I know the item I'm tracking. It's become a vital tool that I put on everything phone.

Used to be a solid app, but even with clearing cache, restarting app and forcing refreshes it refuses to update the status of packages from several very different suppliers. Several packages that I had delivered one day refused to update to delivered even the next day until I removed and readied them which makes the app pointless. Wish I'd used it a bit longer before subbing for a year.

I am tracking 3 items, all out for delivery when you check directly with USPS but the app is 3 or 4 steps behind.

Had high hopes....... Extremely disappointed ! It lists "Australia Mail" (with a wrong logo)... THERE IS NO SUCH COMPANY AS Australia Mail !! The name is "Australia Post" They do not have the Australian parcel company "Star Track" Not a single tracking number for Australia Post is found by this app, so it's pretty much useless.

This app has been my go-to for tracking packages for the last year. Liked it so much I paid for the premium (despite it being a subscription service with no "life-time" buy/ unlock). That said, about a month ago I started getting more and more "No information about your package. We checked all relevant couriers for «United States of America»." but the same tracking number works on couriers' website. The courier is correct, yet it gives this message. As of right now, 50% give this message.
