Wonderful App that makes your life easy by receiving comms from school in no time and not missing anymore. Parent Hub support team is very nice, they have supported in correcting school records. Definitely recommended App.

I get push notifications telling me there is a new post. But the app just sits with the message "Contacting parent hub" without ever loading. Have followed all the steps to clear cache and ensure everything is up-to-date but to no avail. Have to force quit the app and try again launching a few times before it will load.

Every time I go to open the app it simply just gets stuck non the parent hub logo page and nothing else happens. I have updated my chrome as previously suggested and even uninstalled / reinstalled several times. It just doesn't work. I have school on my back as this is the only way they communicate with me. Very important to communicate during a pandemic as well as having an autistic children! :(Can you please fix this asap!? You are risking potential neglect.
