One of my favorite features in Failsafe is the reports. They’re easy to read and give me a clear picture of how my kid is using their phone without overwhelming me with too much data. I can quickly check what apps are being used and for how long. We all have a busy life and also want to be there for my kid. I can quickly spot issue before it goes too late.

She died. I'm crying right now... She killed herself because of this, what happened is she just used the Phone for 4 hours! This app interrupted her screen time. She got mad and ran out her room and she said why did you interrupt my screen time?! I said because you look tired, She started getting angry. And started to agrue with me. I took away her phone, she ran to her room and never came out for 12 hours. I opened the door...and I was shocked..... she skinned alive herself.I was terrified.

Waste of money. I blocked TikTok through Failsafe, yet Samsung Digital Wellbeing recorded 28 minutes of TikTok use. Settings are also blocked but was still accessed. Failsafe then reported lost permissions affecting app control and monitoring. I paid for parental controls that failed when I needed them. I have screenshots proving the blocked settings and actual usage.

I had trouble with this app from day 1. They say they offer a free trial. Even after contacting support, I couldn't find it. I wanted to try it then buy the premium package annually. Wasn't able to get the trial, so I decided to do weekly at first. I'm glad I did. Hardly nothing worked. Also, once the app was installed on my daughter's phone, she started having trouble with her browser. UPDATE: we had to reboot her phone to get the app off because customer service gave us the runaround.
