Last couple months I have to email them to get them to reactivate my subscription. I paid on August 12th and it's August 31st and it STILL isn't working. Wants me to resubscribe when I try to log in. The app is great. If they could just figure out how to get it to reactivate the account once the subscription is paid for. I've emailed them atleast 8 times since August 12th. Not one response. Usually they respond and make my subscription active. Not this time though.
