Welcome to the ParentCom App, the app for all parent communication in education developed by Parentcom.
With the ParentCom App, teachers can easily, quickly, and safely share photos, messages, and school updates with parents. The ParentCom App contributes to an active and creative school community and is linked to the school administration system.
- How does the app work for parents?
Download the app and then select your primary school via the search screen or the provided QR code. After following the installation instructions in the app, it will automatically adjust to the look and feel to that of your school. The ParentCom App is free for parents to use.
With the ParentCom App from Parentcom, you can: - Receive push notifications with important announcements from the class and/or school; - Read school news; - Receive personal messages; - Send 1-on-1 messages with your child's teacher or other school staff; - Send forms such as privacy preferences, sickness, and/or leave; - View the annual calendar and link it to your private agenda; - Sign up as a volunteer parent; - View photos and videos from the class; - Pay school invoices in collaboration with WIS collect.

Since the update from 27/09/2022 the app is not working properly. I am missing completely one of my kids group, all the other tabs are considerably slower than usual. The issue has been fixed very fast by support team (in less than 24h).

Horrible app, terribly buggy. Screen freezes almost every time, and then crashes. Doesn't allow you to open the new message directly from the pop-up that says you have a new message.

Slow, unresponsive, not always intuitive, and crashes from time to time. But the school has a contract with this company, so we're stuck with it.

We first had to clear limited storage space on a parents phone in order to install your app, only to choose the school of our youngest child, now in group 8, soon due to use Magister. Chosing the school installs another icon on the android phone screen where we later see the same contend as under the first icon. So why we need two icons, what if we deleted one of them? To open the Cito report of our child we need a document reader which we earlier deleted, in order to be able to install your app!
