Description

The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more.
• How to find your school district and login information •
- The ParentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. ParentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code.
- The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information.
• Requirements •
- Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the ParentVUE mobile application. Please contact your school district’s administration to verify the Synergy® SIS version.
- An internet connection is required.
- The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. Contact your school district’s administration if you do not have this login information.

New app will not allow me to log in. I can still log in through the web version but this app just spins after I input my username/password.

It's just fantastic that I'm required to use this for my child's school, but yet I cannot even get past the first screen to even find my child's school district. Nothing populates when I search my zip code nor when I enter the school district's URL. How is this even acceptable?

The new Parentage app is currently unusable. It gets stuck in an endless loading circle on the login screen, making it impossible to access any features. No matter how long you wait, the app never loads or opens. If this is intended to be an upgrade to the previous Parentage experience, the developers have missed the mark entirely. At its current state, the app is a complete failure and needs immediate attention to resolve these basic functionality issues.
