The old version of the app never saved your login credentials. Even though there is an option for you to select that feature. Now with a new app after selecting the school district and entering your login credentials, the login button doesn't work.

When I enter the zip code, the loading screen pops up for less than half a second, then goes back and makes me do it again. Same for when I try to type in my school URL, the only thing different is the message which says: "COULD NOT CONNECT" And location search won't work (yes I turned on the setting to access my location.) PLEASE FIX THIS!! I got the new & old versions of the students & parentage apps, and they all have the same problems but the messages are different. Thankfor your time

Not sure what happened over the summer, but now the app opens & sticks on the login page. The loading circle just spins. This has been happening for over a month now. I have: - uninstalled & reinstalled - cleared cache - changed password - restarted phone - tried on my home Wi-Fi & on cellular data - tried over the app AND the webpage (sometimes the web page lets me sign in, but I only see emails, no other info) - only received an error code 1x: error code 500 (indicating server issues)
