After each round, you can quickly record the date, select the pitch speed zone, rate your contact feel on a scale from one to five, and add a short drill note about your focus. The app keeps your entire session history stored securely on your device, so you never need an account or internet connection to review your progress. The Home tab gives you an instant snapshot of your month with total sessions logged, an average contact rating gauge, and a preview of your three most recent entries. Tapping the floating action button from anywhere jumps you straight into the log form, where you set the date, choose a speed zone from slow, medium, or fast, slide to your contact rating, and type a note. Every session you save appears in the Sessions timeline, with each card shaped like a home plate and the date displayed in a stitched scoreboard style for quick recognition. You can scroll through your entire history, search for a specific date, and swipe to delete any entry when you want to clean up. The speed zone is shown as a compact chip that mimics a pitching rubber on a stadium-green background, making it easy to scan how often you faced different velocities. Editing a session later is just as simple: tap any card to adjust the details and keep your log accurate. In the Settings tab, you can review app information and use the clear all data option with a confirmation step whenever you need a fresh start. BarrelCage respects your privacy by never sending your training data off your phone.
