I can pay my electricity bill, I can purchase FASTag recharge, & see my transaction history in one place, I can view the total toll fees for my trip, load my FASTag balance, & check the estimated fuel costs for my trip. I can view my car Chillán info; I can see pucc, insurance & more by entering my car reg number. An amazing feature added by the team is an online personal loan. I applied & received a loan of 45000 rs via the Park+ app.

Park+ has many plus points, like finding a Wally parking spot and getting fuel rewards. The app keeps a transaction history of my FASTag recharge. However, the app also alerts me to a low FASTag balance & sometimes it takes time for the balance to update in the app. In new updated app, I received cashback too when recharging. I can conveniently pay all my bills using the app. I saw that a personal loan offer has also been added to the app, which is a new horizon. Overall, a value-for-money app.

Very primitive app. 1. I sold the car to a Martí suzuki pre-owned car, but it still asks me to renew insurance. The record shows that the car is transferred to the new owner. 2. I changed my mobile no. it does not allow me to update my mobile no in profile. 3. I added details of the new car. It fetched fast tag details properly to activate it asks me to recharge Rs 100. But the balance of fast tag is not updated. Lost Rs. 100. 4. The society's park+ automatic boom barrier not work with new fastt

Using Park+ to enter our society. Firstly, you don't need to stick their sticker on your car for the barrier to scan and auto open. It uses the fast tag only. But I'm their instructions they make it sound mandatory to stick their sticker. And to verify if it's working they ask you to recharge 10rs on fa stag, along with it, they'll add a 45rs subscription for their app that you won't be able to remove. Underhanded tactics like this make people hate your product, do better.

Bogus ads and points for time waste, not able to fetch challans, completely false information on Chillán services, do not misguide people, I had 4 challans issued on my car this app showed zero forever, and I had to pay penalty.

Applied fast tag on 16 September 2026 and the delivery was next day. I haven't received my fast tag, no update on the app as well no customer support from their side.
