The park + app team is easy to contact via email or WhatsApp. I appreciate using this app since the team is so attentive. I use this app to recharge my car fa stag. I learned about a few new functions that had been added to this app last month, including the option to pay for phone, mobile, water, and electric bills. I saw an option to use the app to apply for a loan online. I believe that having all the options in one app will be useful and now there will be no need for different apps for use.😊

I am so happy that finally, I got a good car wash service. I used old method to clean my car, a boy came with bucket & cloth, wash my car & still my car look dirty. I was really upset, need to find option & I opt park+ app. I book car wash service before taking subscription I took a free demo of car wash. A person came with diff types of foam cloth. With this cloth there is less chance of scratch on car, he cleaned car tires & make it shine with tire polish. My car start shining like a new car!

This convenient app makes it easy for ppl like me who live in a metro city like Mumbai & need a parking slot daily. Fighting for a parking slot is a normal thing, as all are in a rush. It is a lifesaver for me, as I used to get late for office just due to the parking space early morning, but now I reach the office on time & get the slot already booked by the New Map View, which helps me to get the car park booked in advance. I can also check in with a QR code, so I took a subscription for that.

I tried to make a Chillán payment through this app, but the payment has been pending for more than 15 days with no resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for an important government payment. Customer support has not been helpful, and there has been no clear update on the status of my transaction. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this app. Please be cautious before making any payments through it.

Very disappointing experience with Park+ Chillán settlement. I paid ₹2,000 (₹1,000 Chillán + ₹1,000 legal fees) in May and was told it would be settled within 30–60 days. After nearly 3 months, I received a message that the settlement failed. Now only ₹1,000 is being refunded, and that too hasn’t reached my account yet. No clear explanation. I strongly recommend avoiding Park+ for Chillán settlement.

Worst Experience in Ordering Car Accessories. I ordered a replacement fast tag and other items which show delivery in 5–7 days. But it was not delivered even after 12 days and the order got cancelled by itself. The amount debited for delivery (35 rs) was not credited. I had to pay delivery charges for an order which was cancelled by the park+ team itself. The support is very pathetic where only AI chatbots are available and takes only predefined questions. Worst support I have ever seen.
